An amendment to the Decree (1023/2024) entered into force on 15 June 2026. The amendment applies to applications that include indication-specific health economic evaluations. Pursuant to section 5.3 of the amended fee schedule, an additional fee of EUR 3,960 shall be charged for each health economic evaluation, with the exception of the evaluation relating to the first indication. The amended provision applies to applications submitted to the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board on or after 15 June 2026.
