General
Applicant’s details
- Provide the contact person’s name, telephone number and email address (work email or company’s shared email).
- Remember to notify us if the contact person or contact details change during the application process. If necessary, submit the principal’s confirmation of the change of contact person.
Invoicing and additional information
- The processing fee is confirmed and invoiced after the matter has been considered by the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board. Provisions on processing fees are laid down in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health Decree on fee-paying services of the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board.
- The Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR (Palkeet) manages the fees which will be invoiced by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (Business ID 0244685-8).
- For invoicing the processing fee, provide the invoicing address, name of the contact person and their contact details.

The application must be submitted to the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board
- via the e-service,
- as an encrypted message via the turvaviesti.gov.fi service or
- by post to
