The Pharmaceutical Pricing Board’s Swedish and English language e-service for companies has been launched. In our e-service, a company can submit electronic applications for medicinal products, clinical nutritional preparations and basic ointments as well as electronic notifications concerning products with reimbursement status.
Using the e-service requires strong identification. You can identify using your personal online banking IDs, a mobile certificate, or a certificate card. The company must also authorize designated persons or companies to act on its behalf in the e-service of the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board. Identification tokens from other European countries cannot be used for identification in the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board’s e-service until further notice.
The use of the e-Service requires that the person or company have been granted either a mandate for transactions or a mandate to represent as well as a mandate theme and a mandate specifier in the Suomi.fi e-authorization system.
When granting a mandate for the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board’s e-service,
◦ choose a mandate type, either mandate for transactions or mandate to represent
◦ mandate theme shall be applying for reimbursability and a wholesale price for medicines
◦ mandate specifier can be limited or extensive.

The e-service cannot be used if the company is unable to grant mandates in the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. In such cases, you can send the application and notification documents to the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board using the turvaviesti.gov.fi service, by post or to the Hila service address.
