E-service of the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board

In our e-service, a company can submit electronic applications for medicinal products, clinical nutritional preparations and basic ointments  as well as electronic notifications concerning products with reimbursement status. In the e-service, a company can give consent to using electronic services, in which case all contacts between the company and the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board will take place in the e-services.

Instructions and pre-formatted tables for electronic applications and notifications can be found on the website of the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board.

Using the e-service requires strong identification. You can identify using your personal online banking IDs, a mobile certificate or a certificate card. The company must also authorise designated persons or companies to act on its behalf in the e-service of the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board. The authorisation is carried out in the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations.

Information security

The e-service is located in a secure online connection. We also recommend that you familiarise yourself with the privacy statement of the e-service.

To exit the service, use the logout function in the top right corner of the screen and close the browser. This terminates the connection. After you have logged out, make sure to check that third parties cannot access the data by for example, studying your browsing history.

The Internet Explorer browser is no longer supported. Do not use the IE browser in the e-service.

Outages and disruptions

Notifications of outages and disruptions in the e-service are posted on the website of the Pharmaceuticals Pricing Board.

If you encounter deviations, deficiencies, disruptions or error situations in the e-service, you should immediately send notification to hila.stm(at)gov.fi. Please write a brief description of the error situation and, if possible, also attach a screenshot of the error to the message. In urgent situations, you can also contact us by phone or a text message.
